YOUR RIGHT TO ERASURE
Under GDPR Article 17, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by FLYVUELA. This includes your account, email address, name, and any associated eSIM usage data.
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email [email protected] with subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
WHAT GETS DELETED
Your account and profile. Email address and name. eSIM profile data and usage logs. Support ticket history. Referral and credit records.
WHAT WE RETAIN
Payment records are retained for 7 years to meet Irish/EU tax and accounting obligations. These are held by Paddle, Razorpay, or Stripe and subject to their data retention policies. Anonymised aggregate analytics data may be retained.
EXCEPTIONS
Erasure may be restricted where retention is required by law, to exercise or defend legal claims, or for fraud prevention purposes.
