How long we keep your data, why, and what we delete when you ask.
ACCOUNT DATA
Retained for the lifetime of your account. Deleted within 30 days of a verified erasure request.
ESIM PROFILES & USAGE LOGS
eSIM profile data (ICCID, QR code, activation status) retained while your account is active. Usage logs (data consumed, timestamps) retained for 90 days after plan expiry, then deleted.
PAYMENT RECORDS
Transaction records retained for 7 years to comply with Irish/EU accounting and tax obligations (Companies Act 2014, VAT Consolidation Act 2010). Held by Paddle/Razorpay/Stripe; raw card data never stored by FLYVUELA.
SERVER & APPLICATION LOGS
Application logs retained for 30 days on the Hetzner server. Cloudflare access logs retained per Cloudflare's standard policy (typically 30 days).
SUPPORT TICKETS
Support correspondence retained for 2 years after resolution, then deleted.
ANALYTICS DATA
PostHog analytics data retained for 1 year. Opt-in only; no data collected without consent.
